Ensuring ventilation compliance

Energy Acoustics can carry out on-site airflow measurements to satisfy the requirements of Part F Building Regulations 2010 where all new dwellings require independent verification of the flow rates for:

• System 1 - Intermittent extract fans and background ventilators
• System 3 - Continuous mechanical extract ventilation (MEV)
• System 4 - Continuous mechanical balanced ventilation with heat recovery

Our engineers have successfully completed the BPEC Domestic Ventilation Course and use UKAS calibrated equipment to carry out all test procedures in accordance with the Domestic Ventilation Compliance Guide 2010.

To minimise costs for your residential development, we can carry out all Ventilation Testing during the same site visit as the Air Tightness Testing or Sound Insulation Testing.
